Accessibility

At PACO GIL DESIGN we aim to make our website as accessible as possible in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications in the public sector, even though our company, as a private entity, is not required to comply with these regulations.

The main reason is that our studio has always ensured equality and non-discrimination in access to our website for all users, especially those with disabilities or difficulties using digital technologies.

That is why our website has been designed to meet the minimum requirements set by the regulation, and we have also implemented an ongoing process of maintenance and updates that takes into account the needs of all users, always seeking for our content to be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

Technical aspects and certifications

Our website is optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0 or higher, as well as the latest current versions of Firefox, Safari, Opera, and Google Chrome. The minimum recommended resolution is 1280×1024 on desktop computers.

It is also accessible from any tablet or mobile device, optimized for display on the latest versions of Chrome for mobile, Firefox for mobile, Safari mobile, Opera Mini, and Android’s native browser.

We have ensured that our content is available in various formats (pdf, xls), to ensure compatibility whenever possible, and have verified that there are no links to offline pages or content.

This website is not yet compliant with RD 1112/2018 or UNE standards, but we are working towards achieving AA or AAA certification under the UNE 139803 standard and thus with the WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) accessibility guidelines.
